CONDITIONS:
The guest is asked to respect silence from 22.00 to 7.00
in order not to disturb other guests in the house.
Any damages caused to the apartment or related
accessories (furniture, appliances, dishes, lamps, etc..)
must be paid by the customer.
CHECK-IN: The apartment will
be made available from 15.00 on the day of arrival. Upon
arrival the customer is requested to pay in cash the entire
period of stay. In
case of failure to pay as agreed, the reservation will
be automatically cancelled.
CHECK-OUT: The apartment must
be made available to the owner no later than 8.30 am on
the day of departure.
CANCELLATION: In case of cancellation
the customer will lose the deposit.
EARLY DEPARTURE: In case of
early departure, the apartment owner is not required to
reimburse the customer for any days not used. Once the
keys are handed over, the reservation is considered cancelled.
